With a strong background in health, fitness, and coaching, I bring a fresh perspective along with professional training as an astrologer and crystal therapy practitioner.

As a published author and breast cancer thriver, my healing journey has led me through various holistic modalities, always drawing me back to astrology and crystals. Through birth chart studies, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of who I am and why I am, embracing self-love and acceptance.

Beyond astrology and crystals, I’m passionate about discovering nourishing vegan foods and staying active—whether at the gym, exploring nature, or engaging in different sports.

I’m happily married, with two amazing adult daughters and a pretty cool son-in-law. I split my time between North Dakota and Arizona, where I enjoy golf, yoga, hiking, biking, and all things outdoors.
